Payroll Assistant

Job Summary
The Payroll Assistant will provide administrative support to the Payroll Officer in the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages and salaries of employees by performing routine duties necessary for these calculations.
- Update monthly accrual spreadsheets.
- Administer pension schemes.
- Manage payroll mailbox and respond to general payroll queries.
About the Role
This is a temporary rolling contract position that requires the ability to start immediately. The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy payroll and accounts department.
