Role Overview:

As a Care Assistant, you will bring empathy, enthusiasm, and joy to our residents. Your responsibilities will include delivering respectful personal care, assisting during meal times, and providing thoughtful and appropriate support in various aspects of their lives. Beyond physical assistance, you will also serve as a compassionate and attentive listener.

Each day as a Care Assistant will be unique. Our residents are diverse, each with their own specific care requirements, personalities, and life narratives.
