Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Home Assistant Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of high-quality care to residents, including medication management, personal care, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with our nursing team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in care planning and review, ensuring individualized care plans are in place.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all.

Requirements

  • Care Home Assistant Practitioner Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
