Akari Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Home Assistant Practitioners (CHAPs). We are committed to providing exceptional care for our residents in a supportive and rewarding environment.

As a CHAP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our elderly residents. You will work collaboratively with our skilled nursing team to provide personalized care that meets their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless resident care.
