Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various care needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with physical, mental, and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, eating, and drinking, as well as accessing the community and managing household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a seamless and high-quality care experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
