The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical disabilities, mental health needs, and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with diverse needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and accessing the community
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure that individuals receive high-quality care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
