About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, who will work closely with our service users to provide support with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities. The ideal candidate will be a fun and honest individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the home environment
  • Providing personal care and support
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Supporting social activities and outings
  • Encouraging independence and autonomy
