Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our department. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Answer phone calls and provide information to callers in a professional manner.

Essential Criteria

  • Extensive experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused first-line support role.
  • Experience of working in a large and complex organizational environment, either in the public, private, or voluntary sector.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
