Role Summary - The primary objective of this position is to support the operational, financial, and commercial teams with essential reporting and administrative functions related to service agreements, ensuring compliance with service level expectations and performance indicators. This role is crucial for facilitating effective operations and fostering communication both internally and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Support:

  • Maintaining and updating financial records and reports for the Operations and Finance departments.
  • Assisting in the reporting of client performance metrics and management information.
  • Gathering necessary documentation for processing payment requests and invoices.
  • Monitoring the approval process for payment requests and invoices to ensure timely transactions.

Commercial Support:

  • Documenting and tracking changes to contracts.
  • Creating, modifying, and processing Purchase Orders within financial systems.
  • Managing contract documentation.
  • Facilitating communication across various teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a facilities management context.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel (e.g., PivotTables, lookups).
  • Skilled in analyzing, compiling, and presenting data with a high level of accuracy.
