About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Randstad Staffing. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues
  • Manage and maintain production equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production goals are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
