Work Schedule:

Rotating shifts including Earlies, Lates & Nights. This is a permanent role within a reputable engineering firm located in Knowsley.

This leading engineering organization operates a global network of facilities catering to diverse sectors such as aerospace, defense, automotive, and oil & gas.


Primary Duties:
- Operate surface grinding machines, flat lapping equipment, autoclaves, and finishing benches.
- Utilize semi-automatic machinery following established programs.
- Conduct quality inspections of components prior to dispatch.
- Remove coatings from jigs and fixtures.
- Maintain proper organization of jigs and fixtures to ensure accessibility and correct placement.
- Perform inspections of incoming goods.
- Ensure that machines and spray booths are operated in accordance with site and manufacturer guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Background in engineering with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pension scheme with employer matching contributions ranging from 4% to 10%.
