Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our Gallery Services team at Castle Fine Art. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Directors within their region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work closely with Regional Directors to deliver company guidelines on gallery curation and display, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality experience for our customers.
  • Proactively support sales via a central location, actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities on an area and one-to-one basis.
  • Make primary decisions on ordering and placement of artwork with regional galleries, utilizing product knowledge and sales data to drive business growth.
  • Provide sales enquiry support nationally, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Gallery Services to provide regular sales summaries and forward planning, driving business growth and success.
  • Support artist launches and national events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Liaise with other departments as required to determine solutions and meet gallery needs, ensuring a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
