Central Art Support Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Central Support Specialist to join our Gallery Services team at Castle Fine Art. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Regional Area Directors and galleries across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Area Directors and galleries, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
- Work closely with Regional Area Directors to deliver company guidelines on gallery curation and display, as well as supporting sales through central location.
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, both individually and in collaboration with Regional Area Directors.
- Make informed decisions regarding the ordering and placement of art within galleries, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide sales enquiry support to galleries nationwide.
- Collaborate with the Head of Gallery Services to provide regular sales summaries and forward planning.
- Support artist launches and national events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Liaise with other departments to address solutions and gallery needs.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Results-driven with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload.
- Ability to react well to urgent requests, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to listen, reflect, and contribute to discussions on solutions and opportunities.
