About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Luxury Central Support Advisor to join our Gallery Services team at Castle Fine Art. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Regional Area Directors and galleries across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Area Directors and galleries, providing timely and effective support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work closely with Regional Area Directors to deliver company guidelines on gallery curation and display, as well as supporting sales through central location.
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, both individually and in collaboration with Regional Area Directors.
  • Make key decisions on art ordering and placement within galleries, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide sales enquiry support nationally, leveraging your expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Gallery Services to develop and implement sales strategies, providing regular updates and forward planning.
  • Support artist launches and national events, contributing to the success of our business.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Liaise with other departments to address solutions and gallery needs, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building effective relationships.
  • Results-driven, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage workload.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
