About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Central Support Advisor to join our Gallery Services team at Castle Fine Art. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Regional Area Directors and Galleries across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Area Directors and Galleries, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with Regional Area Directors to deliver company guidelines on gallery curation and display, as well as supporting sales through central location.
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, both individually and in collaboration with Regional Area Directors.
  • Make key decisions regarding the ordering and placement of art within galleries, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide sales enquiry support across the UK, leveraging your expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Gallery Services to provide regular sales summaries and forward planning, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach.
  • Support artist launches and national events, contributing to the success of these initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Liaise with other departments to address solutions and gallery needs, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
  • Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Results-driven with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in high-stress situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to listen actively, reflect on feedback, and contribute to discussions on solutions and opportunities.
