Luxury Central Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Luxury Central Support Administrator to join our Gallery Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the availability and replenishment of artwork within our galleries.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor stock levels and stock movement across galleries, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Utilize internal systems to liaise with the Stock Management Team and support our galleries.
- Ensure all stock movements are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Proactively support the launch strategy of new collections and provide support for corporate artist launch events throughout the year.
- Respond to gallery requests in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of stock meetings.
- A competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus bonus.
