We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ward Manager to join our team at the Darwin Centre for Young People in Cambridge. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and management to ensure high-quality care is delivered to young people with psychiatric, emotional, or psychological problems.
Main Duties
- Provide management and clinical leadership to the multi-disciplinary team to ensure care is delivered which is person-centred and meets standards for Quality and Safety.
- Work in partnership with service users and carers to ensure a least restrictive approach to care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the needs of young people.
