Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Nurse who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and dedicated to working with young people and families to join our multidisciplinary team at the Darwin Centre.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to further develop their knowledge and clinical skills around trauma-informed care, children's safeguarding, intensive treatment options for a wide range of mental health disorders, formulating and managing risk, and DBT skills.
Our team comprises of occupational therapy, social work, psychiatrist consultant, family therapy, psychology team, and nursing team. The successful applicant will work alongside these professionals to provide holistic care to young people and their families within our service.
Main Duties of the Job
The successful applicant will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team with young people and their families experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, to provide hour-long inpatient care.
You will be required to work alongside the clinical nurse specialist, ward manager, and other senior nurses to act as a clinical and professional role model within the team.
