We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Commissioning Management Director to join our Content Management team in London.

As a Commissioning Management Director, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing smooth and clear processes in a highly creative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with creative talent, data analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and recommending a new Commissioning Management structure across WGSN to enable WGSN's content teams to deliver their work calmly, creatively, and efficiently.
  • Further developing WGSN's focus on sustainability, data, and regional representation.
  • Planning time for every content creator for personal development, unstructured research, and reflection.
  • Committing to WGSN's goals on diversity & inclusion and sustainability.
  • Having a high EQ and a successful track record of working with creative talent who often need autonomy and space to do their best work.
  • Being comfortable working with data: sourcing and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Utilizing and contextualizing data to inform strategic decision-making as well as understanding the key role that it plays within our content.
