Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Address straightforward inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
- Manage and direct written communications
- Assist with outgoing mail and correspondence
- Perform document scanning and filing duties
- Oversee company email accounts
- Record and process incoming card payments
- Support annual fee reviews
- Assist with quarterly utility billing
- Maintain resident data and information within the company CRM system
- Undertake additional tasks as required
Attributes & Experience:
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service experience is a plus
Holiday entitlement includes 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays.
Salary:
£25,000 - £27,500
