This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a strong background in administrative tasks, coupled with customer service experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Address straightforward inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
  • Manage and direct written communications
  • Assist with outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Perform document scanning and filing duties
  • Oversee company email accounts
  • Record and process incoming card payments
  • Support annual fee reviews
  • Assist with quarterly utility billing
  • Maintain resident data and information within the company CRM system
  • Undertake additional tasks as required

Attributes & Experience:

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer service experience is a plus
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, with a half-hour lunch break.
Holiday entitlement includes 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays.

Salary:
£25,000 - £27,500
