Our client, who is a well-recognised manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Product Support Specialist to work at their busy site on the outskirts of Newmarket.

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing full support to the After Sales Service Manager with after-sales customer repairs and/or service which may involve national and/or international travel outside normal working hours.

**The selected Product Support Specialist will be expected to carry out the following duties.**
- To provide a full support service to both the UK and Export sales teams, as and when required
- Attend national and international exhibitions and, as part of the team, work to set up the company stand ensuring that our machines are presentable.
- Work closely with the Sales Team
- Report issues back to the Engineering and/or Service departments to ensure the ongoing development of the company’s products and systems.
- Support partners with crop trials, set up and planning, using the company’s products.
- Visit dealers and distributors to conduct training on machine installations, service training, attendance of Open Day events etc. to present the company’s products.
- Undertake any other reasonable duty or task within your capability that the Company deems appropriate and suitable.
- Be reliable and trustworthy.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willing to do national and/or international travel outside of normal working hours.
