About the Role:

As an Early Years Educator, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere where young learners can flourish. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing engaging and imaginative learning experiences that support development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your compassionate approach will ensure that each child feels secure, appreciated, and confident in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality lessons and activities tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel motivated and supported.
  • Monitor and evaluate children's progress, maintaining detailed records and providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure the effective operation of the nursery and the well-being of all children.
  • Adhere to safeguarding and welfare standards consistently.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, offering updates and support regarding their child's development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
  • Experience in a nursery or early years environment.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • A nurturing, patient, and innovative approach to teaching young children.
  • The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
