The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Administrator to join our Tenders team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable tenders, developing high-quality proposals, and coordinating the submission of bid responses. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new tender opportunities
  • Develop and submit high-quality proposals and bid responses
  • Coordinate with relevant managers and departments to ensure timely submission of bid responses
  • Provide administrative support to the Tenders team

Requirements

  • Computer literate with all Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • International company operating in over 145 countries
