Job Title: Finance Administrator

Randox Laboratories is a global leader in diagnostics and healthcare, with a strong presence in over 145 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our Finance Department.

Job Summary:

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for managing accounts payable and procurement duties, including data entry, supplier management, and credit control. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and procurement duties, including data entry and supplier management.
  • Process purchase invoices, including matching with purchase orders and making payments to suppliers.
  • Perform credit control for outstanding sales invoices.
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist with contract negotiation and manage queries on invoicing and payments.
Requirements:
  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent, grade A* - C, including English and Maths.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Right to work in the UK.
