About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our global payroll team at Randox Laboratories. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Absences: Accurately record absences notified by our HR department.
  • Process Starter and Leaver Details: Record and provide all starter and leaver details provided by HR to our payroll officers/ managers.
  • Liaise with HR: Liaise with HR as necessary to seek full and complete information for processing through payroll.
  • Assist with Time Management Systems: Assist reception with the administration of our Time Management Systems (TMS) attendance records, including entering timesheets.
  • Resolve Anomalies: Liaise with managers and staff as required to resolve anomalies, including providing daily reports.
  • Administer Email Inboxes: Administer our group email inboxes for payroll, pension, and NSR.
  • Collate Staff Absence Forms: Collate all necessary staff absence forms from reception for processing, e.g. sick, unpaid, etc.
  • Obtain Medical Certificates: Obtain all medical certificates, admission notes, and self-isolation notes from HR for processing.
  • Provide Assistance: Provide assistance with phone calls and queries from staff.
  • Verify Staff Email Details: Check if staff have verified their personal email details with Aegon, our pension administrator, and proceed accordingly.
Requirements
  • Education: GCSE level or equivalent standard of education.
  • Accuracy: A high level of accuracy.
  • Deadlines: Ability to work to strict deadlines.
