Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team at Randox Laboratories. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our payroll department.
Key Responsibilities- Record absences and provide starter and leaver details to payroll officers/ managers
- Liaise with HR to seek full and complete information for processing through payroll
- Assist with the administration of the Time Management Systems (TMS) attendance records
- Liaise with managers and staff to resolve anomalies and provide daily reports
- Administer group email inboxes for payroll, pension, and NSR
- Collate staff absence forms and obtain medical certificates for processing
- Provide assistance with phone calls and queries from staff
- Verify staff personal email details with Aegon and proceed accordingly
- GCSE level or equivalent standard of education
- A high level of accuracy
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Desirable: knowledge or understanding of payroll operations
