We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Process payroll for 12 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Credit Control: Manage customer credit accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any disputes.
- VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns for both UK and ROI, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Sales and Purchase Ledger: Maintain accurate records of sales and purchases, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and document preparation.
- CIS and RCT: Manage CIS and RCT payments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, with basic knowledge of Sage.
- Qualifications: IATI qualifications desirable but not essential.
