Senior Client Accounts Manager

This senior position within the accounts division involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients and collaborating closely with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
The primary responsibilities include delivering a broad spectrum of timely, high-quality accounting and tax compliance services for clients, including a notable number in the agricultural sector.
This role also entails supervising and mentoring junior staff.
While the main focus is on compliance, there are numerous opportunities to broaden your experience through direct client engagement, leading meetings, participating in ad-hoc projects, and working collaboratively to provide a proactive service.
Key Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years in a managerial role within an accounting practice.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, along with tax computations and personal and partnership tax returns. Familiarity with agricultural accounting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in managing work in progress and handling client billing.
- Strong understanding of income, corporation, and capital gains taxes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management.
- A valid driving license.
