We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our team of accountants and trainees in providing exceptional accounting and tax services to our SME clients in the farming sector.
About the Role:
- Lead client engagements and advise clients on accounting and tax matters for sole proprietors and limited businesses.
- Train and manage a team of accountants and trainees to ensure high-quality work delivery.
- Review and manage operational work delivered to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You:
- ACCA, ACA, or CTA qualified or qualified by experience in practice.
- Proven experience in managing small to medium-sized clients, with exposure to farming or agricultural-focused clients.
- Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
