Strive Supply Chain Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join their team. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and securing new business sales to support the ambitious industrial growth targets of the company.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is expanding its operations. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline from lead generation, exhibitions, and new business opportunities identification, through the enquiry stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities and secure new business sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, exhibitions, and other means
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Use CRM systems to track and manage sales leads and opportunities
  • Work closely with the business development team to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in telesales or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices
