Drive Sales and Growth with Field Sales Solutions

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in grocery stores through building strong relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in grocery stores
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to gain greater visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio
  • Identify new opportunities in store to increase brand presence and optimize sales
  • Use sales data to approach key decision-makers to effectively engage and influence
  • Responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it
Requirements:
  • Ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent at building relationships and negotiating
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously, using your time effectively and planning efficiently
  • Passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio
  • Full clean UK driving licence
