Position: Account Executive - Grocery
Location: Basingstoke / Reading / Guildford
Contract Type: Permanent
Note: A full UK driving license is required for this position.
We are thrilled to offer you the chance to become part of one of the most iconic brands as an Account Executive within our expanding Field Sales team. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with key in-store and area manager contacts to establish trust and enhance the visibility and availability of CCEP products. You will enjoy complete territory ownership, allowing you to organize your schedule in a way that best serves our customers.

To excel in this position, you should be independent and forward-thinking, comfortable with full autonomy over your territory. Strong influencing and sales skills are essential; you should be able to leverage data to create compelling sales proposals and confidently present to various stakeholders to secure additional space and displays for our products. You should be dynamic and adaptable, capable of managing objections and planning ahead.
We seek a positive and approachable individual with outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for our brand and mission. You will proactively share best practices to achieve collective success and collaborate effectively with our Merchandisers, customers, and internal teams. The role may present challenges as no two days are alike; however, you will receive comprehensive support from your management team and a robust support network within CCEP.
You should enjoy technology and be eager to learn new systems and processes, as there are numerous applications to utilize in your daily activities. Please be aware that this role may involve physical tasks requiring manual handling; however, full training will be provided, along with equipment to assist with lifting.
