Position: Account Executive - Grocery
Location: Basingstoke / Reading / Guildford
Contract Type: Permanent
Note: A full UK driving license is required for this position.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key in-store and area manager contacts, establishing trust and support to enhance the visibility and availability of CCEP products. You will have complete ownership of your territory, allowing you to plan your schedule to best serve our customers.

To excel in this position, you should be independent and forward-thinking, comfortable with taking full responsibility for your territory. Strong influencing and sales skills are essential, along with the ability to leverage data to create compelling sales proposals. You should be confident in presenting to various stakeholders to secure additional space and displays for our products. Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling objections and planning ahead are crucial.
We seek a positive and approachable individual with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for our brand and mission. You will actively share best practices to ensure team success and collaborate effectively with our Merchandisers, customers, and internal teams. While the role can be demanding with no two days being the same, you will receive robust support from your management team and a strong network within CCEP.
Enjoyment of technology and a willingness to learn new systems and processes is important, as you will utilize various applications in your daily tasks. Please be aware that this role may involve physical activities, including manual handling; however, comprehensive training and equipment will be provided to assist you.
