Position: Account Executive - Grocery
Location: Basingstoke / Reading / Guildford
Contract Type: Permanent
Note: A full UK driving license is required for this position.
As an Account Executive in our expanding Field Sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key in-store and area manager contacts. Your role will involve building trust and enhancing the visibility and availability of CCEP products in your territory. You will have complete ownership of your territory, allowing you to manage your schedule to best serve our customers.

To excel in this role, you should be independent and proactive, comfortable taking full control of your territory. Strong influencing and sales skills are essential, as is the ability to leverage data to create persuasive sales proposals. You should be confident in presenting to various stakeholders to secure additional space and displays for our products.
We seek a positive and approachable individual with outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for our brand and mission. You will be proactive in sharing best practices to achieve collective success and collaborate effectively with our Merchandisers, customers, and internal teams. While the role can be demanding with varied daily tasks, you will receive comprehensive support from your management team and a robust network within CCEP.
Enjoyment of technology and a willingness to learn new systems and processes is essential, as you will utilize various applications in your daily responsibilities. Please be aware that this role may involve physical tasks, including manual handling; however, full training and equipment will be provided to assist you.
