Position Overview

In this role, you will be tasked with the development, implementation, and upkeep of a Documented Integrated Management System alongside an audit program to ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 certifications. You will also enhance and maintain other documented management system standards, including HACCP, 360 Quality Code, Organic Food Federation Certificate of Conformity, Authorised Economic Operator (AEO), and BRCGS Global Standard for Storage and Distribution, as required by the port. Furthermore, you will be responsible for reporting non-conformities identified through audits across the port, investigating these issues, and sharing insights to promote continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to internal SLAs and tracking KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining documented management systems to meet ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001 standards.
  • Familiarity with additional ISO standards such as ISO50001, ISO55001, and ISO27001 is advantageous.
  • Lead auditor certification for at least one of the following: ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO55001, or ISO27001.
  • Experience in auditing various industry sectors.
  • Prior experience in delivering training programs.
  • Knowledge of systems compliance with HACCP, 360 Quality Code, Organic Food Federation Certificate in Conformity, AEO (HMRC), and BRCGS Global Standard for Storage and Distribution.
  • Exceptional report writing abilities.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle is desirable.
