About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Executive Search Researcher. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for fostering inclusive workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the entire assignment process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Develop effective search strategies based on detailed client briefings.
  • Conduct thorough candidate research and sourcing, employing innovative approaches to identify top talent.
  • Engage with candidates through various communication channels, effectively presenting opportunities and assessing their fit for client organizations.
  • Participate in client meetings alongside team members to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Maintain exceptional candidate care, providing timely feedback and support during the onboarding process.
  • Encourage applications from interested candidates and pre-screen both researched candidates and applicants.
  • Provide regular updates to clients through verbal and written communications.
  • Document data for our talent pool database to enhance future searches.
  • Where applicable, assist with longlisting applications and support the interview and assessment process.
  • Collaborate closely with Lead Consultants and the operations assignment lead.
  • Support the candidate interview process by preparing interview reports as necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of one year of experience in executive recruitment.
  • Proven track record in managing leadership role assignments within a recruitment firm.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging professionally with candidates and clients alike.
  • Commitment to high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in managing workload independently while collaborating with a wider project team.
  • Technologically adept, familiar with MS Office Suite and various databases.

  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and empathy in all interactions.
