Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Search Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client and candidate management, developing search strategies, and undertaking candidate research and sourcing.
Key Responsibilities- Client and Candidate Management: Lead client and candidate interactions throughout the assignment lifecycle, ensuring high standards and commitment to quality.
- Search Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored search strategies based on their briefings.
- Candidate Research and Sourcing: Conduct thorough research and sourcing to identify top talent, utilizing creative approaches to searches.
- Candidate Approaches: Engage with candidates through email and telephone contact, assessing their suitability for roles and client organizations.
- Client Meetings: Attend and participate in client meetings, working closely with team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Candidate Care: Provide high levels of candidate care, offering feedback during assignments and maintaining contact during onboarding.
- Talent Pool Management: Record and update data for our talent pool database.
- Reporting and Communication: Update clients via regular verbal and written communications, ensuring transparency and progress.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in executive recruitment, with a successful track record of working on leadership roles and multiple assignments.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work at pace, and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in MS Office, databases, and video conferencing.
- Personal Qualities: Curious, analytical, creative, and a good team player. Energetic and proactive approach to work, with a commitment to EDI and challenging the status quo.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £28k DOE, plus a commission structure.
