Research Assistant in Cancer Research

The John van Geest Cancer Research Centre at Nottingham Trent University is seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team. As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our research projects, managing laboratory operations, and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of research projects
- Manage laboratory operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintenance of equipment
- Train colleagues in laboratory techniques, such as tissue culture and lab assays
- Contribute to the delivery of research projects, as required
- A competitive salary of £27,000-£30,000 per annum (pro rata)
