Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality.
  • Develop tailored search strategies based on client specifications.
  • Conduct innovative candidate research and sourcing.
  • Engage candidates through effective communication, assessing their fit for roles and organizations.
  • Participate in client meetings as necessary, collaborating with team members.
  • Maintain high levels of candidate care, providing timely feedback and support during onboarding.
  • Encourage applications from interested candidates and pre-screen potential candidates.
  • Communicate updates to clients regularly through verbal and written channels.
  • Maintain accurate records in our talent pool database.
  • Support longlisting and interview processes as needed, contributing to client report writing.
  • Collaborate closely with Lead Consultants and operational leads.
  • Assist in the candidate interview and assessment process, producing reports as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of one year of experience in executive recruitment.
  • Proven track record in a recruitment firm, managing leadership role assignments.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging professionally with candidates and clients.
  • Commitment to high service standards and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in IT tools, including MS Office Suite and video conferencing platforms.
  • Deep understanding of EDI principles and a proactive approach to challenging biases in recruitment.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and empathy in all interactions.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
