Job Description

PRS is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to lead our Module Maintenance Programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our assets and critical plant, ensuring that all operational activities are carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Module Maintenance Programme Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance programme to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our assets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure that all reporting and compliance requirements are met, including the submission of monthly reports and compliance information to the Account Manager.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain effective relationships with key client contacts and ensure that customer focus is maintained throughout all operational activities.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of maintenance and engineering practices, with experience of managing maintenance programmes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
