Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support
- Provide high-level technical support to staff and guests, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults to minimize downtime.
- System Administration
- Administer and maintain our Microsoft solutions, including MS 365, to ensure seamless operation.
- Configure and support servers, printers, mobile and desk phones, ensuring optimal performance.
- Network and Security
- Ensure the security and integrity of our network and systems, protecting against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
- Project Support
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to deliver projects on time, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Support the implementation of new services and technologies, driving innovation and improvement.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring easy access to information.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their technical needs.
- Provide a positive and professional image, promoting a helpful and courteous attitude.
- Training and Development
- Participate in training and development programs, enhancing technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying new ideas and innovations.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise
- Proven experience with Microsoft solutions, including MS 365.
- Knowledge of administering desktop and server environments.
- Experience with IT security and network infrastructure.
- Business Acumen
- Understanding of hospitality operations and the importance of IT in supporting business goals.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
