This service is integral to enhancing our customer experience, making it essential that it is executed with utmost efficiency and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will involve collaboration with our delivery and collection teams, who are the frontline representatives of our brand. Additionally, you will liaise with our central fleet management team and local branches. There may also be occasions where you will personally deliver and collect vehicles, making you the first point of contact for our customers. Thus, creating a positive first impression is crucial. A confident demeanor is necessary, as you may need to prepare vehicles for customers and ensure a thorough handover.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A full, valid clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles to optimize service quality and minimize expenses.
  • Source vehicles to fulfill customer bookings, collaborating with the central fleet team and local branches.
  • Ensure the precise completion of all vehicle documentation within the in-house rental system.
  • Organize necessary repairs and warranty work for vehicles.
  • Accurately complete daily fuel documentation and ensure that qualified staff receive fuel deliveries in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify and report potential new business opportunities.
