Vehicle Fleet Coordinator

Europcar is in search of a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator.
While you may associate Europcar primarily with car rentals at airports, our operations extend far beyond that.
We invite you to join the Europcar team as a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the logistics of vehicle delivery and collection for our clientele. This function is crucial to enhancing our customer experience, making it essential that it is executed with efficiency and professionalism.
Your collaboration will be with our delivery and collection teams, who represent the forefront of our customer interactions. Additionally, you will liaise with our central fleet team and local branches. There may also be occasions where you will personally deliver and collect vehicles, making you the initial point of contact for our customers. Therefore, creating a positive first impression is imperative. A confident demeanor is equally important, as you may need to prepare the vehicle for the customer and conduct a thorough handover.

Candidate Requirements:
- A full, valid clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience
- Dependable, adaptable, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong team collaboration skills

- Capability to adjust to business needs
- A motivated and enthusiastic approach
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles to optimize service quality and reduce costs
- Source vehicles to fulfill customer bookings in collaboration with the central fleet team and local branches
- Ensure precise completion of all vehicle documentation within the in-house rental system
- Organize necessary repairs and warranty work for vehicles
- Accurately complete daily fuel documentation and ensure competent staff receive fuel deliveries in compliance with relevant regulations
- Identify and report potential new business opportunities
