Europcar is seeking a skilled Fleet Administrator to coordinate the delivery and collection of our vehicles for customers. This role is critical to our customer experience, and we need someone who can ensure efficient and professional service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organize the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximize service standards and minimize costs.
  • Source vehicles to meet customer bookings, working with the central fleet team and local branches.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on the in-house rental system.
  • Organize repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary.
  • Accurately complete all fuel documentation daily and ensure competent members of staff receive fuel deliveries in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Identify and report new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • A full, valid clean driving license, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
