Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Executive to join our team at RocketMill. As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Setup and Management
    • Conduct keyword research and develop audience plans
    • Design and implement account structures and campaign ideas
    • Set up shopping feeds and ad copywriting
    • Manage account uploads and bid management
  • Account Analysis and Optimization
    • Analyze campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics
    • Identify challenges and devise solutions to improve campaign performance
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaigns
  • Planning and Reporting
    • Develop strategies for search and social campaigns
    • Work with clients to forecast and set targets
    • Collaborate with the data team to produce reports based on client needs
Requirements
  • Experience in digital marketing campaign management, with a focus on paid media
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Previous experience working in an agency or client team environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Snapchat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and Display DSPs
  • Experience using the Google Marketing Platform
  • Ability to pitch paid media campaigns to potential clients
