Role Overview:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various operational tasks that are crucial for the smooth functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of sales orders and supplier requests.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch.
- Generate invoices and manage payment transactions.

Collaboration:
- Address queries related to invoices and account holds in partnership with the Finance department.
- Provide assistance to Business Development Managers and Internal Account Managers to facilitate their operations.

Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's reputation effectively.

Requirements:
- A valid UK Driving License is essential.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, from 07:30 am to 16:30 pm.

Training:
- Comprehensive training program lasting two weeks.
