About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Osborne Thomas Limited. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Transport Investment and Programme Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, email management, and event coordination.
  • Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations and administer meetings.
  • Provide wider administrative support to the programme development team, including distributing communications, monitoring finances, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
  • Experience in an office setting, using administrative processes and procedures.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.
  • Able to produce accurate and detailed information.
