The successful HR Coordinator will assist the HR Project Manager in providing a thorough and professional service to all stakeholders.
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in the development and execution of efficient HR administrative processes and strategies that align with the organization's goals.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 10am - 2:30pm (flexible hours available).
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 pro rata based on experience, along with 33 days of holiday, parking, death in service benefits, and pension contributions.
Key Responsibilities of the Part-Time HR Coordinator:
- Maintaining and updating payroll-related trackers, including the management of DBS data within the HR Information System, ensuring timely renewals.
Additionally, the role involves:
- Ensuring employee files are maintained in compliance with GDPR, CQC standards, and best practices.
- Providing support across various teams, including People & Culture, Organizational Design, and Talent Acquisition during peak periods.
- Delivering accurate information to managers and employees regarding terms and conditions as needed.
- Addressing general inquiries from managers and staff related to People & Culture via email, phone, or in person; performing filing, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experienced administrator with aspirations to advance into HR.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it is desirable.
- Familiarity with GDPR, data entry, and data management practices.
