Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst to join our team, supporting our business operational support function. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting complex manual calculations and policy queries from our customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business enquiries with complex manual calculations.
  • Provide responses to complex policy enquiries, supporting other business areas.
  • Update and test regular changes to systems, including bonus updates, policy fee updates, and premium rate changes.
  • Collaborate with the Actuarial Team to support customer-facing functions.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of life assurance and pension product types and charges.
  • Develop and specify life and pensions calculations.
