About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Change Analyst to join our team at Sanderson. As an Actuarial Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer-facing functions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of actuarial models and calculations to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with actuarial changes.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of life assurance and pension product types and charges.
  • Design and implement testing protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability of actuarial calculations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on actuarial matters.
Requirements
  • Working towards the Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (AOFA) designation.
  • Proven experience working in an actuarial team, supporting customer-facing functions.
  • Experience supporting migration programs and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance and outsourcing business models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
